While every man dreads meeting the parents of any woman he dates, he is always intrigued to meet the mother of his signifigant other soon rather than later to see what he can expect 20-30 years down the road. If the mom is hot, the relationship continues. If she's not... well, let's just say that they man conveniently tells the woman he's dating that he's, "Not ready for anything serious right now." And this is also precisely why I always tell every man to play it safe and get marrried to a brunette or an Asian woman. Blondes simply don't age well.
