I think it's safe to say that people are 100% honest with other people about 5% of the day and this includes all communication with friends, co-workers, relatives and naughty naked time partners. We're a species of compulsive liars and practically every sentence that comes out of our mouths is laced with some sort of half-truth or verbal altering of our actual feelings and thoughts. The only way to get the actual truth out of somebody is to tie them up and torture them or talk to them after they've drank a fifth of alcohol. As a wise man once said, "A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts."
