The concept of the comb over is quite simple really. First, the bald person must make a command decision about which side of the remaining hair they have left on their scalp looks fullest and then grow that side extremely long. After a 3-4 months, that one side of hair is usually long enough so that they can comb it across their head. Then all they have to do is trick their brain into believing that people will actually think they still have a full head of hair. Unfortunately, nobody falls for this magic hair trick and the people with comb overs get mercilessly mocked behind their back for the rest of their lives. Now you could argue that having a goiter on your neck is worse for the male labido than having a comb over but I personally don't think so.
