There's been a war raging between college basketball cheerleaders and their dance team counterparts for quite some time now. It's an epic battle for the for college sports "cheering loudly for stuff" supremacy and it appears that no cheerleader or dancer will back down anytime soon. While cheerleders may have tradition on their side, dancers have the advantage of much tighter outfits at this point and their dance moves are far more provocative than your standard cheerleder pyramid or sitting on a male cheerleaders hand manuever. I don't know who will win the battle for college cheerleading Midde Earth, but my money is on the dancers...especially if they start to involve brass polls in their routines.
