So I've spent the last five hours watching the Michael Jackson marathon on MTV and it's the first time I've intentionally turned the channel to MTV since 1998. It was refreshing to remember that there was a time when music didn't suck and TV wasn't dominated by a bunch of Generation Y reality show ass clowns. Unfortunately MTV will return to it's regularly scheduled "end of Western civilization" programming tomorrow and Brooke Shields will still look really old.
