I agree that omitting Linsey is ridiculous. However, you've got it a bit wrong about the countdown. She appeared topless in the UK before turning 18, which was legal there; a US booby mag had a countdown to her 18th, and then featured her in a birthday-party-themed shoot when they were legally able to print her pics.
