Ingredients:
9" unbaked pastry shell1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 can tomato sauce (71/2 oz.)
1 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Combine beef, spices, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs and tomato sauce. Pour into pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle on top of cheeseburger pie. Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
