If you feel like giving your stomach a spiritual awakening this week, I recommend starting with the 30,000 calorie sandwich. It's the perfect blend of fried mushrooms, bacon, onion rings , ground beef, corndogs, swiss cheese, provolone cheese, cheddar cheese, sliced ham, sliced turkey, pastrami, sliced roast beef, bratwurst, braunschweiger, wheat bread, lettuce, feta cheese, italian salad dressing, oregeno and parmesan cheese. It's guaranteed to make you really sweaty and breath heavily for weeks.






Ingredients:

15 Fried Mushrooms –
14 pieces of Bacon –
18 Onion rings –
1/4 lb. Ground Beef –
2 Corndogs –
4 slices of Swiss Cheese –
4 slices of Provolone Cheese –
4 slickes of Cheddar Cheese –
1/4 lb. of Sliced Ham –
1/4 lb. Sliced Turkey –
1/4 lb. of Pastrami –
1/4 pound of Sliced Roast Beef –
1 Bratwurst –
1/4 lb. Braunschweiger
1 lb. of Wheat Bread –
1/2 head of Lettuce – 
4 oz. Feta Cheese –
6 oz. Italian Salad Dressing
50 Grams of Oregeno –
50 Grams of Salt & Pepper –
100 Grams of Parmesan Cheese –




Directions:
 
Well, if you're crazy enough to do it, buy all of that crap and start creating your own 30,000 calorie sandwich any way you see fit. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that there are no rules when creating a 30,000 calorie sandwich.
