Actually, I'm quite the cynic but I believe this one. Until someone gets a credit on that first picture, I believe that this is Megan Fox. I saw her from when she was much younger on the sitcom she used to be in and her nose does indeed look much skinnier now. I don't think the first one is Katy Perry at all. Even if the second picture wasn't there, I don't think it looks like Katy Perry. One giveaway is the eyebrows...way too similar in shape, don't think Katy Perry's look like that, and the eye color is also way too similar. Believe it guys, this dream woman isn't real.

Oh and also look at the collarbone definition. A little harder to see in the second picture, but characteristic of the first nonetheless.

The very same website that is showing this before/after plastic surgery also has a picture of Megan Fox while in high school. So obviously, that isn't her before. Unless, like others have stated, she somehow completely changed the way she looked, only to go back to it later on. So please, do some research.
