I really think they are being naive. Tyra Banks and Demi Moore both publicly admit to having plastic surgery on thier faces and bodies as they got older; Tyra talked about it on her show America's Next Top Model, and Demi gave a complete $40,000 package to herself on her birthday a few years ago. In a profession where youth extended means money earned to the studios and agencies that hold these people's contracts, cosmetic procedures are regularly suggested and sometimes even written into contracts along with trainers! The only criticism i have is that more men are not on this list; there are many men in Hollywood who are also electing to have cosmetic surgeries as they get older.
