Out of these 25 celebs, probably only 5 of them have had actual plastic surgery. The rest of them have undergone the process most commonly known as "aging". As you grow older, especially when you lose weight like Kate Winslet, your face gets narrower and your lips thin. Also, as years pass, hairstyles go in and out of fashion - some more flattering than others. To say that these women have had plastic surgery simply because their hair is styled a different way or their face isn't as round in their photo at 25 years old as it is in the photo of them at 15 (a la Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johannsen) is just plain stupid, but then again, what should I expect from a website geared toward men? (btw - Christina Aguilera was breast-feeding when that photo was taken. Breasts get much larger when this happens.
